A graduate of Texas Tech University, with dual master’s degrees in architecture and business administration, she combines design expertise with strong business insight, allowing her to coordinate teams efficiently and guide complex projects with clarity and confidence.

Heather is dedicated to supporting both coworkers and clients, ensuring streamlined communication, consistent quality assurance, and solutions that move projects forward. Her ability to bring teams together, uphold high standards, and resolve challenges with calm effectiveness makes her an invaluable leader in every phase of the architectural process.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending days working in her garden and nights scrapbooking and spoiling her little fur babies with treats, toys and unconditional love.

Located at 8601 W. University Dr, McKinney, Texas, this 4,827 square foot Chick-fil-A Restaurant is a shining example of the brand’s deep commitment to serving communities through operational excellence and signature hospitality.

Led by local Owner-Operator Bryson Bullington and delivered in collaboration with Mayse & Associates Architects, the project balances modern efficiency with a welcoming guest experience. A clean exterior of cement board and brick veneer sets the tone, while a two-lane drive-thru supports streamlined service. Inside, the layout is designed for comfort and flow, supporting everything from quick weekday visits to family meals.

With a large playground and a plan built around dynamic circulation, this restaurant is designed to serve as both a community hub and a high-performing operation. Mayse & Associates Architects is proud to support Chick-fil-A in bringing this vision to life for McKinney.
