Project Update!
Teel Plaza 2 Retail | Prosper TX

The masonry façade is nearly complete on these two structural steel and CMU framed buildings, and the project is entering its final phase. The metal awnings are taking shape and will soon be installed, adding the finishing architectural detail to the exterior.

We’re looking forward to wrapping up another successful project. Great work by our team and trade partners who continue to deliver quality craftsmanship every step of the way.

Progress is moving quickly at the Westridge Shops in McKinney, Texas. This 10,738 SF steel framed retail building is nearing completion as the exterior façade comes together and the metal canopies and awnings begin to take shape.

The Novel Builders team had a great time at ASA North Texas Bowling Tournament Night. We enjoying an evening of laughs, friendly competition, and catching up with some of the best people in the construction industry.

One thing’s for sure, we may not have had the highest scores, but we definitely had the best looking team & custom shirts in the bowling alley. 😄

One of the things we enjoy most about this business is the relationships we build not just on projects, but through events like these that bring our industry together.

Project Update!
Van Alstyne Public Safety Facility

Construction continues to make great progress at the City of Van Alstyne Public Safety Facility.

The masonry crews are hard at work as the building’s exterior continues to take shape, bringing the vision of this new public safety facility to life. Inside, the project is entering the home stretch, with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drywall, ceilings, and other interior trades working toward completion.

It’s exciting to see months of planning, coordination, and craftsmanship come together as this project moves closer to the finish line. A big thank you to our project team, trade partners, the City of Van Alstyne and the design & ownership team for their continued collaboration and commitment to delivering a facility that will serve the community for generations.

Some projects simply mean a little more and the Good Shepherd Episcopal School Gymnasium project in Dallas, Tx is one of them.

After years of planning, preparing and fundraising, this project has officially become a reality. The new facility will provide the school with a state-of-the-art gymnasium featuring a basketball & volleyball court, electronic scoreboard, climbing wall, boy’s & girl’s locker rooms, classroom and a 50-foot school banner that creates an incredible focal point for the space.

Beyond athletics and school events, the gymnasium will also serve as a storm shelter for students and staff during severe storms and tornadoes.

It has been a pleasure working alongside such a great project team, that includes Building Solutions for Real Estate , Kirksey Architecture, Urban Strategy, Hart Gaugler + Associates, and Meza Engineering to help bring this vision to life.

As always, none of this would have been possible without the hard work, dedication, and collaboration of all our trade partners and consultants who helped make this project a success.

Wow! What a night.
ASA North Texas once again delivered an outstanding Awards Night with Operation Blueprint. A special thank you to Beverly Reynal and her team for putting together another first class event and celebrating the incredible work being done across our industry.

We are honored and grateful to have received a Gold Award🏅for the Braination Sherman Inspire Academy project in the $15–$20 million project category. Recognition like this is a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and collaboration of an amazing team.

Project Update: Van Alstyne Public Safety Facility 🚓🚒

We’re proud to be part of delivering the new Van Alstyne Public Safety Facility combination Fire Station🔥 and Police Station 🚔 designed to serve and protect the growing community of the City of Van Alstyne Texas

We have gone vertical with the steel framing and are approaching the Topping Out milestone. This integrated public safety building brings first responders together under one roof, enhancing coordination, response times, and operational efficiency while providing a modern, durable facility built to serve the city for decades to come.

Project Update!
The Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ Catholic Church in Carrollton, TX is nearing completion. With just a few more final touches remaining, this project is coming to a beautiful finish.

It’s been a pleasure working alongside the Catholic Diocese of Dallas, Building Solutions for Real Estate, and the design teams at HED and Westwood Professional Services. We’re also incredibly grateful for the outstanding work and collaboration from our trade partners throughout this project.
