Trust what the pros say, if they say don’t do it you probably shouldn’t do it…

Ran this end grain board through the planer, chamfered the edge so it wouldn’t tear out.. and it didn’t just tear out, it exploded. My planer blades are gonna be so mad at me..

Waxed up this end grain board, Mahogany maple cherry and walnut crossing. I have no clue what it’s supposed to be but it’s available if anyone wants it. Cleo seemed pretty interested in it so she may scoop it up before anyone else does…

Another glue up goin, this one’s for a random end grain test I’ve been working on. Never done any end grain boards before so this one is a first for me. Cherry, mahogany, and walnut make up this board

This is a weird one

Cherry, mahogany, and walnut strips make up this board, some of my walnut strips were short so this board will end up about 14 inches long. Planning on cross cutting after the glue dries to see how the pattern looks.
