A well-designed bathroom doesn't have to be oversized to feel luxurious.

In this primary bath, natural light, clean lines, and carefully selected materials do most of the heavy lifting. The soaking tub, shower, and vanity are arranged to create a space that feels open, functional, and comfortable to use every day.

One of our favorite features is the abundance of daylight. Beyond brightening the room, it highlights materials, adds warmth, and changes throughout the day, giving the space a different character from morning to evening.

Luxury isn't always about adding more square footage. Sometimes it's about creating a space that feels effortless to live in.
