Spring is right around the corner, and we are gearing up for a great summer. Contractors scheduals are filling up fast. Do you have a project that you have been putting off? Roof in need of repair? I had a customer reach out to me after a fall they had during the winter. Her home came to her with dangerous stairs for our north country winter weather! We worked together to come up with a porch design that fit her needs including her stairs being under a roof, and 5 3/4 inch stairs to accommodate her stepping needs. It was a pleasure working with this kind lady! She is very happy to have a wonderful place to enjoy some outdoor time regardless of the weather we have had so far this year!

Just a quick update on the condo renovation, flooring is going down well and cabinets are getting installed. Progress has been held back due to late delivery of the flooring. Though the delay did allow us to finish up some things over at Fox Hill Lane in Franconia.

Today I started a condo renovation! The customers wanted their kitchen to have an open concept. All new cabinets and appliances. Their popcorn ceiling removed along with the carpet throughout the whole main floor and the tiles in the kitchen replaced with hardwood flooring

This beautiful cabin was in need of a touch-up. It's owner Oleg Derevyanko reached out with a request for re-staining his rental cabin. Worried about it's exposure, we tracked down the origional stain. Working with a reliable painter we gave this home what it badly needed. Thanks again Stephen St Croix, as usual it was a pleasure working with you. Now this great vacation home has many more years of protected beauty to look forward to.

Labor Day weekend was just that! When my buddy Anthony reached out to me with another project I couldn’t wait to see what his vision was! We created an overhanging roof to protect the stairs from snow and give guests a dry entry way into the home. I’ve been on this build since day 1 and love working with Anthony helping him turn his visions into reality! If you are looking for a great stay in the North Country I highly recommend the Bear Bungalow!

One of this weeks projects. I had an older couple reach out to me that wanted a deck built off their new modular home. They had some special requirements due to the husband having a hard time getting up and down stairs. As you can see the steps were made with much smaller step between each one. All that is left now is for the painter to come in and stain it and the landscape company to come and finishing filling it in. They now have their happy space to sip their morning coffee and enjoy some time outside!
