We were hired as a framing subcontractor to remove the roof, install 2nd story exterior walls & install new roof trusses with ZIP sheathing. Project is in Central Berkshire County. The General Contractor is Ron Marcella with Marcella Building and Renovation. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we were able to successfully enclose the project, and Ron will finish the project in the upcoming months.

We were hired by Rory Holmes of Holmes Building Company, as a Framing Subcontractor, to build a new 2car garage w/office/storage space above. Nice project in a great location in Berkshire County. We will be moving on to roof framing soon, with stick rafters.

We're the siding subcontractor installing Hardi claps and Hardi shakes on this beautiful restoration of an older home by Tom Spencer at TMS Building Company in Southern Berkshire County. We are currently installing decking and railings and should be completed in the next few weeks.

We're pleased to announce some individual crew milestones last month: Alyssa Mercier hit her first-year anniversary. Alyssa is currently an apprentice carpenter and has learned a great deal this year. Matt Davenport has been with us for five years now and has advanced into a crew leader position. Zack Rocca marked his eleventh-year anniversary with us and as the longest tenured employee has become the overall company crew leader in the field.
Congratulations to all 3, and we are looking forward to watching you advance in your careers!

"Tim Wells did my house in Otis, MA. The work is spectacular. This was a brutal winter and he got it done.

Not only did he do the framing but he was always available to answer questions. He also spent time with the truss manufacturer to create storage on the second floor which now has my second floor heat ac system. About the trusses, he didn't order until the walls were poured and he remeasured. Good thing or they would have been off 4 inches. Survey mistake but it turned out no problem.

I have been in construction over 40 years. This company is amazing and I wouldn't consider anyone else. Price. Service. Craftsmanship. Personality. Perfect job. Tim is also very easygoing and calm which helps tremendously. His workers are neat, professional, friendly, hardworking, and they spoke highly of Tim which means a lot. They cleared the job site on completion. See attached photos. I can't say enough good things. This job went smooooooooth."😁
