📣 We’re Hiring — Customer Coordinator
As our business continues to grow, we’ve refined this role to focus heavily on customer coordination and scheduling — serving as the central hub between our customers, technicians, and office team.
We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Is a fast, accurate typer
✔ Is highly organized and methodical
✔ Has strong ideas for improving efficiency — and implements them
✔ Is confident and conversational with customers
✔ Can be clear and direct in the office when needed
✔ Is flexible and understands that priorities can shift in a busy, growing business
This role requires someone who can keep multiple moving parts aligned, stay calm when schedules change, and work alongside a hands-on Service Manager whose day can pivot quickly.
We know we’re describing a bit of a needle in a haystack — but this position is important, and we’re committed to finding the right fit.
