A customer called us about water in their basement, so our team brought in the Vactor truck to hydro excavate and uncover the source of the problem.
We discovered clay tile footing drains clogged with dirt, along with a discharge pipe filled with dirt. Using our jetter, we located the end of the discharge line and found it was impacted by roots.
Here’s how we tackled the job:
✅ Hydro excavated to expose the clogged footing drains
✅ Used our jetter to locate the discharge line and identify root intrusion
✅ Installed a manhole to allow for easier pipe inspection
✅ Backfilled the area with stone
