Earlier this month, we welcomed a high school student to join our new hires during orientation and explore potential career paths in construction. While he was interested in the hands-on work, the experience also opened his eyes to how construction is about more than physical labor. It’s about communicating, working together as a team, and overcoming challenges to get the job done.
