Jolley Precast began in 1923 by William Jolley with the manufacturing of concrete well tile for his hand dug well business. His son, Clarence, expanded the business and product line to include septic tan

ks and leaching products. As the family grew, so did the business and product line. Bulkheads, steps, commercial and industrial sized tanks, catch basins, manholes, light pole bases, abs more. We also stock an extensive line of 4” pipe and fittings.
