These fine folks had a pool installed and soon afterwords realized they couldn’t keep it clean.

They called and said they had a doozey and asked if it was possible to remove the problematic trees. Several competitors had looked at the job and walked away, so their friend told them to call us!

Pictures don’t do it any justice, so I’ll post some videos in the comments.

There was no crane access, so all of the material had to be dropped in the bottom and then brought out a little “pigpath” up the ridge through some VERY NARROW and treacherous terrain.

Gotta admire a young man that’s willing to get out and help around the house, but folks, please leave the dangerous trees to the insured professionals.

This was a DIY project that went terribly wrong. The good thing is the young man is safe and he learned a very valuable lesson!

We dispatched the crew and a crane and extracted the tree that got away from the young man and fell onto the house without any further damage to the house or the A/C units underneath.
