Meet the Team: Josh | Superintendent II
Meet Josh, who has been a valued member of the Genesee team since 2017. With a love for the building process and a commitment to teamwork, Josh enjoys being part of every stage of a project — from watching plans come to life to helping solve the challenges that arise along the way.
When asked what he enjoys most about his work, Josh shared that it’s “watching everything come together from the ground up.” Being involved in the process, working through challenges, and seeing the finished product that the entire team can be proud of is what makes each project rewarding for him.
For Josh, one of the biggest lessons learned in construction is the importance of staying adaptable. “Construction will always throw something unexpected at you. The biggest lesson I've learned is to stay calm, communicate, and find a solution instead of dwelling on the problem.”
Outside of work, Josh enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, hunting, skiing, and exploring new places — making the most of every opportunity to create lasting experiences.
