Talk about long term relationships! Subhash was one of my first customers in 1982 as a 14 year old doing odd jobs, paint and wallpaper. And now it’s time to help him with this chaos! His deck failed and pulled the addition with it!!

An important PSA to my fellow small business owners, If you are using Square to process credit card transactions, beware!! They are unilaterally deactivating accounts right after processing larger transactions and taking their fees. They won't give a clear explanation and will lock your funds for 90 days with little recourse.
You can try to refund your customer, but they will keep your fees for transactions that you processed less than 24 hours previous.
I went to BBB to file a complaint and the amount of recent complaints for the same actions shows a clear pattern of abuse by Square BE WARNED!!!
