Do you want your exterior lighting to make a statement? It doesn’t have to be all white and boring.
Your typical architectural lighting controls capable of independently changing color and intensity of each individual light would cost in the neighborhood of 6 figures without lights. Due to 25 years experience in and out of theater lighting, Tim is able to take commercially available outdoor lighting fixtures and build a custom and fully integrated lighting controller to create any lighting experience.
If you’d rather have “that’ll do”, we can do that too. For not much more, we’d rather help you make a statement.

Here’s to another wonderful year at the Topsfield Fair. A lot of time over a few short days went into the details in this one of a kind display. We love sharing our artwork, especially when we have a blank canvas to design whatever we want. Beyond the work, it’s the friendships we make that will always keep us coming back to the fair.

At the Wenham Museum we designed and installed an advanced storm water drainage system including a 4000 gallon recovery and storage tank. The 17th century historic house was having some water problems in the basement. We were able to direct all storm water form the buildings into this cistern before any overflow went into this Cultec infiltration system. The Museum was then re graded and given a new front yard to be enjoyed by all patrons.
In Wenham, water supply and storm water disposal can be a challenge. We were happy to be able to design and install a system where all storm water remains on the property and is able to be reused to water the lawn, plantings and gardens.

If you’ve been following us since pre COVID, you already know we build a display at the Topsfield Fair flower building every year. While we often struggle to impress the judges, this year we were honored to receive a much more coveted award. With zero expectations from a display we built in 2 days, we were shocked to be presented with the People’s Choice Award. We have always built these displays for fun and for the people attending. To have the recognition and support from this amazing community at last nights awards ceremony became emotionally overwhelming after 2 difficult seasons. I would like thank everyone who came out to the fair this year. You are the reason we build a display here. To be honored with your votes and this award will be a memory we always remember. Thank you.
Topsfield Fair

Happy Friday, everyone. As I'm sure we've all heard, we may be getting hit with a category 1 hurricane for the first time since 1991. While we are hoping for minimal damage, we also prepare for the worst. We will be available for any severe damage cleanups and we also have pumps available incase of any flooding. Please reach out to us with any questions or to make appointments with us if necessary. Stay safe, everyone!

With Tropical Storm Henri strengthening, resort areas such as Martha's Vineyard, Block Island and Nantucket are in the watch zone this weekend, as are parts of Long Island and Connecticut.

Love seeing our projects come together. We did all of the landscaping on this beautifully remodeled home. The hand crafted natural stone walls are absolutely stunning as you pull down the end of this very private street. The granite and brick walkway fit the classic woodsy look of this large and secluded property. The low maintenance landscaping will mean you can enjoy spending time with your family instead of spending every weekend working in your yard. Feeling blessed to work with such a dedicated builder who's quality and attention to detail matches our own.
