It’s been a crazy week. Nearly 40 homes now have restored water in 5 days. Our crews worked before sun up until after midnight every day! We have the greatest plumbers and staff in Central Kentucky. They love their neighbors and will do anything to make sure people have their essential services restored. 2022 is in the books and we are looking forward to serving everyone in 2023! Burst pipes are not fun anytime of year. We know many of our Kentucky neighbors are experiencing hard times and major inconvenience on Christmas. Please let us know if you have burst pipes and we will schedule you for repair this week. Please keep in mind EVERY plumbing company will have a priority list of calls reguarding emergency pipe repairs this week. We will stay in touch and communicate updates often but it will be a process to return everyone to normal. Please message or call 859-369-1110 to get on our repair list. If you do not get on a list today, your repair will be later this week. EVERY plumbing company is slammed and everyone is an emergency with burst pipes. Please be patient and understand our plumbers will be working into the night every night until all of our customers have restored plumbing. The longer you wait to get on a list the longer it will take to get it repaired. May God bless each and every one of you and please be patient. We are all doing the best we can to resolve everyone’s emergency.

Hi, I'm Eden Crum, owner of AquaDux. As a young girl, I was blessed to have two great plumbers in my family. My grandfather was a Kentucky licensed master plumber and my father was a Kentucky-licensed journeyman plumber. It is with great honor that I get to carry on that family passion and serve my Kentucky neighbors just as they did. AquaDux was established in honor of all those who have mastered the art of plumbing. The company name AquaDux was taken from the Roman aqueduct which was constructed in 312 B.C. and still stands today moving water to their communities.
