We have been extremely busy as we continue to make dreams a reality. Our amazing team has been growing and we have been catching up on all our homeowners dreams. Another before and after. Still some finishing touches like the crown on the pantry cabinet and appliances but a huge transformation removing the upper cabinets in this one bedroom condo. We ended up adding uppers that are 12” deep along another wall to make up for no uppers. Pictures to follow.

A before and after of a smaller job that made a huge difference to the homeowner. We went from a master bedroom window that was 6’ wide by only 18” tall to a 4’ tall window. You can see the size difference off the shutters that were removed. The amount of natural light that it let in was a HUGE improvement. We love fitting in the smaller jobs in between the larger ones. Next month we will be posting many before and afters of kitchens and bathrooms as they are completed. We also have full gut and remodels going on too. Stay tuned.

We’d like to welcome Ray to our team. He knocked this job out of the park. A true craftsman with his cuts. We are extremely grateful to have him. This was a removal of the old dry rotted wood and some fresh radiata pine to replace it. Before (dark brown trim) After (pre primed pine). We will finish this job of with a fresh coat of paint and then onto the inside for a new kitchen

We don’t only take on large jobs. We take on the smaller ones too. This was a very sweet lady that wanted every day life a little easier without the tub. After multiple calls to other contractors and no return calls she was referred to us by a friend. Of course we will always take care of our seniors and veterans. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and hearing all the stories about her 1800’s house. Yes, 1800’s house. Here is the before and after.
