Milestones:

Caleb- solid work ethic. Excellent potty training skills. Starting to (finally 🙄) understand what numbers mean. Very cute. Strong. Does push ups with dad. 💪😍

Ivy- listens well. Responds to tasks given. Loyal. Sleeps a lot. Maintains rodent population around the shop. Also cute. 🥰🐕🐶

We were very thankful to be asked to install this Mitsubishi heat pump mini split for another union contractor. One of my mentors in the boiler world. Throughout the day today I thought a lot about where I am in life and the people I’ve met along the way. Never would guess I would have been crawling around in insulation in our local boiler legends Jerry Wills office barn today to install some comfort heating and cooling for their business 😆

Even better today (wish I would have got a picture) another local legend (my dad) came out to give me a hand with the install which was pretty badass. Gotta get this guy on the payroll!

We installed a new chemical bypass filter and feeder on this boiler loop✅

We added new pipe, fittings and valve to ensure a leak free system and coordinated with the chemical company to make a site visit to add the boiler chemicals to this system to help with scale over the course of running in the heating seasons. All the pipe, valves and associated components take a beating to keep our homes and buildings warm and the chemical companies that pay attention to this help with the water chemistry to maintain a less acidic system to help prevent against corrosion 💪

If you need assistance with water chemistry for your heating system (or cooling system- cooling towers) please contact us to schedule service, we are making good relationships with other contractors/companies to help with these scenarios so usually “we know a guy” 😎👍
