“We should do this more often,” said everyone, at 11:48 PM, still in the kitchen, still holding a glass. The host has started turning off lights.

Welcome back, Supper Club.

Some things are bought for a season. Others are built to last. Handcrafted, high end, and an asset that holds its value.

Quality is the ultimate sustainability.

The world's a lot right now. It asks a lot of you.
But here, this is home. An open door that's got your back. It's not keeping score or asking for updates. If it could, it'd hand you a Shirley Temple, or maybe something stronger. No judgment.

Built to welcome you home.

Does size matter?

It is a common question with ADUs, and Episode 9 is here to dig into it.
Danville's largest ADU just hit a major milestone. Framed. Dried in. Windows in. And the view of Mt. Diablo from inside this build is unreal.

Jason at Benchmark Design Build walks the frame of a build just shy of 2,000 square feet to break down how to get the biggest bang for your buck, and the questions you should really be asking before you build bigger.
Is bigger better? The answer might surprise you.

Catch all the good wow moments. From the Ground Up, Episode 9.
