Job Title: Union Commercial Roofer
Location: Quad Cities Area (IA/IL – Davenport, Bettendorf, Moline, Rock Island & surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Union Scale – Apprentice: $22.92–$28.73/hr | Journeyman: $34.96/hr + Benefits

The Role
We’re looking for Union Commercial Roofers, including both apprentices and journeymen, who can perform at a high level and be counted on.
You’ll be working on commercial roofing systems.
What You’ll Do
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
• Tear off and replace existing roofs
• Follow union standards and safety protocols
• Work as part of a crew that holds each other accountable
• Keep the job site clean and professional
• Solve problems instead of pointing them out
What We Expect
• Union roofer (or willing/able to join)
• Shows up on time, every time
• Takes ownership
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work at heights and in all conditions
• Physically capable (lifting 50+ lbs, etc.)
• A valid driver's license
