Setting the foundation the right way 🔨🏗️

We’re pouring 3’ x 3’ x 20” concrete footers for this new outdoor kitchen pergola. Code only calls for 18” but we don’t build to minimums. We build for Florida weather and hurricane winds.

Taking into consideration of worst case senario weather, hurricanes, 100 year rain events and even a snow load. Yes, it can snow in florida.

These footers are reinforced with a two-level rebar system, tied and locked in.

We snapped chalk lines across the entire patio to make sure each footing is centered on center, and we pulled elevations with a laser level to ensure every form is level with each other. Precision now means zero problems later.

This structure will hold over 200+ sq ft of insulated roof and when we set something, it’s meant to stay exactly where it stands.

Next up: pool paver treatment + sealing to finish everything off clean.

Just wrapped up another full exterior refresh ✅

This home had some issues we see way too often in new Florida builds — speed over workmanship.
We repaired all the cracking stucco, corrected the window slopes that were causing water to run back into the walls, and sealed up every gap around plumbing and fixtures to prevent future leaks. Quality over shortcuts — every time.

We finished the home with Sherwin Williams Rain Refresh for long-lasting protection and a clean, fresh finish.

To top it off, we handled the full yard maintenance:
• Bushes trimmed
• Weeds removed
• Sprinklers adjusted and tuned

For this project we used Sherwin Williams Emerald and Duration for superior durability and finish. Repaired and refinished the stucco, refreshed the fascia and gutters, and finished the home with a Fiery Brown trim and Panda White body for a clean, modern look.

Home repairs are never as straightforward as they seem. Sometimes, you have to step back, look deeper, and let experience write the rest of the story.

This customer had a shower installed just last year, but soon noticed water stains and mold forming. Right away we suspected the drain area and confirmed the issue, the original installer had cut the pan liner around the drain, sending water directly into the surrounding walls.

To be sure, we completed a full thermal imaging scan and moisture reading, quickly identifying the extent of hidden damage.

The solution: remove the outdated dry-pack concrete shower pan and replace it with a pre-sloped, watertight shower pan system. This ensures proper drainage, a true waterproof seal, and long-term protection for the home.

We still have a ways to go—so stay tuned in!
