🚨🚨🚨Part-Time Office Manager🚨🚨🚨

With heavy volume from the locations we serve. Burrage Roofing Construction & Restoration is seeking a highly organized and motivated Part-Time Office Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, customer service, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
* Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
* Manage emails and office correspondence
* Maintain customer files and records
* Assist with invoicing and collections
* Coordinate insurance claim paperwork and supplements
* Support sales, production, and management teams
* Coordinate permits, inspections, and project paperwork
* Assist with social media and customer follow-up
* Perform general office and administrative duties

Qualifications:

* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and computer systems
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Professional and positive attitude
* Previous office management, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
* Experience in construction, roofing, restoration, or insurance claims is a plus

Schedule:

* Part-Time (20–30 Hours Per Week)
* Flexible Schedule
* Opportunity for Full-Time Growth
Headquarters Davenport Iowa office

Compensation:

* $15–$25 per hour based on experience
* Performance bonuses available
* Advancement opportunities within the company
