Thank You from JLS Property Solutions

First off — thank you to everyone who accepted the invite to follow this page. I’m honestly overwhelmed by the support.

Some of you might notice we had an old profile floating around — follow that too if you’d like. We’re also on TikTok where we post more of our daily grind (and some goofing around).

Not too long ago, I was working a regular 9-5 like most people. Life threw me a curveball when Deere suggested I go on disability. I decided that instead of folding, I would bet on myself — and JLS Property Solutions was born.

They say 99% of businesses fail. So far, we’re not only standing — we’re growing. No, I’m not rich yet. Far from it. But every day we expand, offer new services, and keep pushing forward. JLS isn’t just a name — it’s my son’s initials. It’s a testament to building something real, something lasting, for him and for everyone we serve.

I’m not here to undercut the market — I’m here for the people who can’t afford the market. Hardworking families like mine. I carry insurance, overhead, and the responsibility that comes with being trusted with your property, your investments, and your peace of mind.

Money isn’t my motivator — trust is.
Relationships are.
Doing the right thing is.

I’m not your typical “lowest bidder,” but I promise to always deliver fair, honest, quality work — with pride.

To my competitors: we’re not enemies. We may offer similar services, and if you’re better than me, I’ll even recommend you. There’s enough work out here for all of us who do it right.

Also congratulations to Eli for graduating to a big truck! Eli is a part time student who’s aspires to be a diesel mechanic so he upgrades to my first diesel truck! Service van is STILL down. So we’re coming in hot with our fleet of trucks this week.

Spring cleanups, roof and gutter repairs and AC season is among us. Call to get signed up.
