Got a killer head start on this project in Clinton 2 bedroom home painting ceilings n walls n trim n doors n new outlets n switches n lighting n countertops n new accessories in bathroom we have most of it painted n alot of electrical completed on week one n two countertops installed n week two flooring will go down n all wallpaper was stripped n installed bath vent n light

Another project behind us n owner has up for sell been working pt at this one but this home in bettendorf we did flooring in couple months back or so but any rate repairs too driveway are done killed weeds n put neoprene in all them areas n sloped out busted concrete we did spray foam underneath n then resurfaced turned out decent cut out invol trees along one side of home n up too ac unit so it could breathe n backsplash in kitchen n new countertops n sink n faucet n new light in kitchen n hallway n fixed closet doors in bedrooms with new hardware n track n frp on walk where fridge goes n behind toilet as well n caulked the tub n shelves in both closets in formal living room n baseboards throughout home n hauled off all trash in. Garage great job frfr we definitely gave this home some curb appeal with that backsplash
