Master bathroom renovation in Embassy Lakes, Cooper City.
*New shower includes the following features:
- Kohler system w/ electronic touch pad & remote.
- Shower head.
- Ceiling mounted rain head.
- (4) adjustable body sprayers.
- Hand held removable spray wand.
- Steam machine w/ steam head.
- Bluetooth speakers / lighting.
- Linear shower drain.
- Shower bench.
*New free-standing bathtub w/ floor mounted faucet/filler.
*Twin lavatories.
*Toilet w/ bidet and heated seat.
*New tankless electric water heater.
Due to the increased amount of shower features (additional gallons per minutes needed to operate properly), two new 3/4” water mains (80’ each, hot & cold) had to be installed from the garage, through the attic, to the shower includes order to properly supply enough volume of water for these features to operate simultaneously.
