Ridge Jr. & Lexy Crewss

As a husband-and-wife team, Ridge Jr. and Lexy bring a perfect balance of experience, creativity, and commitment to every aspect of the business.

Ridge grew up in the landscaping world, learning the ropes from his father and mastering the art of hands-on service, precision work, and strong customer relationships. Lexy, a firefighter and paramedic by trade, adds organization, design vision, and a personal touch to the company’s daily operations and client communication.

Together, they’ve built a company culture rooted in family values, teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship — ensuring that Ridge’s Landscaping continues to grow with the same heart and integrity that started it all over 40 years ago.
