🚧 A dangerous situation turned into a solid, lasting repair! We recently tackled a critical structural issue for this property. The original structural support—consisting of a 45' load-bearing beam and 3 steel columns—had failed. The old columns were completely rusted out, and the main header was destroyed, leaving the entire structure highly unsafe.

Our team stepped in, provided essential temporary shoring, and successfully replaced the failing components. Now, with a new 45' beam and three sturdy, reinforced steel columns, this structure is safe and secure for years to come.
