As a boutique family owned and second generation construction company, building is in our blood. Like any other business KMR started small but over the years has grown to one of the most respected construction companies in South Florida. We have done luxury homes on Indian Creek, Star Island, Bay Harbor Island, and many other luxurious areas. Over the last 15 years we a made a huge transition into

the commercial market while still maintaining some residential work over the years. Just last year one of our projects at the Trump Towers in Sunny Isles made the front cover of Miami Designs magazine. We work with big corporations such as Ace Hardware, Epicure, RK plazas and many more. We have also done work for the city of Sunny isles for many years. Kevin Rafferty is also a member of the Building Association of South Florida. In short we are a reputable company who plans to stay in business for a long time.
