Best experience ever! I called and the same
day the owner, Richard himself came to look at my
sprinkler system. At the time I had no idea
about my system, other than how to turn it
on and off, my husband is deployed to
Afghanistan. He took the time to explain
how my sprinkler system worked, about the
timer, the sprinkler heads etc.. As we
continued on we talked about our vets and
how much respect he had for us (l am a
retired vet). He is a very caring person, which
is hard to find these days. He offered me a
generous military discount! He even went as
far to follow up with what he did and will
check back with me to make sure everything
is ok. Thank you again Water Boys!

Richard, I want to thank you for your prompt, professional, and very
affordable solution to the sprinkler system problem at my commercial
building that I called in to your company late Wednesday evening,
December 4th, 2023
I really did not expect you and your team to respond so quickly and so
effectively the very next morning. I will tell you that your company's
rapid response to a call for service is not what I have typicially
experienced in the Fort Lauderdale market in my previous service call
requests to other companies operating in your field.
It is rare that I will take the time to compliment a trades person for
performing a service that I have hired he or she to perform, but in
you case I feel compelled to do so. I invite you to share this
