💪 Throwback Project Spotlight! 💦
Four years ago, we tackled a tricky combo — basement leaks + poor grading — and turned it into a success story!
We cut out and removed about 8 yards of soil to create a proper swale (instead of a negative slope pushing water toward the house). Then we lined it with rubber roofing, attached it to the home with aluminum starter, and reworked the drain lines for the downspouts.
The black corrugated pipe was temporary until the new gutters were installed — and it all came together beautifully. Finished off with 6 yards of 4A natural stone for function and curb appeal. 🪨🌿
Still holding up strong today — proof that quality work lasts! 💧🏡
