This trailer had a cracked crossmember/support that needed attention before it became a much more expensive (and dangerous) issue. Cut out, reinforced, welded, and put back stronger than before. 💪🏼🔥

This car hauler came in with cracked supports and broken welds that needed immediate attention. We cut out the weak spots, reinforced the structure, and welded it back in solid so it’s ready to get back to work safely.

This weekend’s project came all the way from Mercedes-Benz of Athens. We’re repairing broken rails and reinforcing structural components on the rollback bed to make sure their customers’ vehicles are delivered safely and reliably.

When equipment works hard every day, wear and tear happens — that’s where we come in. Strong repairs, quality welds, and getting it back ready for the road.

Happy Saturday from RJS Welding 🔥

Yesterday afternoon was a good one — got to spend some time helping our nephew learn how to weld for the first time. There’s something special about passing down skills, work ethic, and showing the next generation how to build things with their own hands.
