This was a small job, but the situation wasn’t.

State Farm wanted us to complete a massive repair of a discontinued Atlas shingle by cutting a 3 tab discontinued shingle to size and making it fit. Yes, you read that right. In Georgia, there’s no matching law, but it’s not about how it looks, it’s about whether the roof still functions properly. They battled us for weeks that this type of repair is fair for our elderly homeowner after the majority of his roof was ripped off after a hurricane.
