Responded to a call to repipe the water heaters, add a water filtration as well as add in a electronic control valve so the customer can monitor the water usage as well as shut the water off by their phone. We had removed that mess of cpvc and replaced it with copper. We think it looks much cleaner even after the added units to the mechanical room!

Responded to a call for a leak in a basement, to find the whole ceiling soaked in water. We were told someone else did a cleaning job on the line a week before we got here. When they snaked the line they broke a hole in the p-trap and when the sink or dishwasher drained it poured right into the subfloor. We removed the cast iron p-trap because you dont need two traps, then corrected the almost s trap the previous plumber had created.

Responded to a call to fix some toilets, ended up asking about the sinkhole out front and turns out it was a main waterline leak going to a neighbors home. After fixing the leak we dug up and followed the sinkhole all the way back underneath the road and repacked it down ready for paving. Now this HOA no longer needs to worry about there road!

Give us a ring if your water heater is getting up there in age for us to come out and inspect it or if you’re having issues with your hot water! Also these expansion tanks are only good for a few years. If not mounted properly they can break off when they fail and fill with water! So make sure to get your expansion system checked to prevent unwanted damage and leaks.

We received a call to remove all cast iron under this customers home then run it back with pvc. After the repipe we found we still had slow drainage. Upon further inspection we found roots outside in two places. This shows one of those locations and where we installed a new clean out outside the home so we didn’t have to go inside to service the line next. If you are having any drainage issue or gurgling give us a call!

Got a call about a sink hole forming next to a manhole at a condominium. With a little investigating found the whole bottom side of the 24” storm drain was rusted out and also the manhole was leaking, washing all the dirt out around it. We replaced the pipe with new plastic corrugated and sealed the manhole up and they were good to go👍🏼 give us a call if you’re having any drainage issues, storm or sewer, we’d be glad to help
