Client wanted several rooms in their home painted as well as several outdated recessed lights replaced.

We washed and rinsed the walls and followed that with a coat of premium primer. We then applied two coats of a top-tier paint to refresh the rooms. Afterwards, we removed 24 recessed lights and replaced them with more modern looking fixtures.

We washed and made minor repairs to the siding. This was followed up with an application of a specialty primer and then two coats of exterior paint. We were fortunate enough to have a prominent guest to assist us.

Client wanted deteriorated boards replaced and the Front-Gable of the house painted.

We removed some deteriorated Cedar Boards, and found more deterioration with the Wall Sheathing, which we replaced as well. We then scraped, sanded, and added a specialty primer to help curtail peeling. This was followed by two coats of exterior paint.

Client wanted a Grab Bar installed in their bathroom.

Initially, the client wanted one Grab Bar installed next to the lavatory. We suggested a second one, opposite from the lavatory and adjacent to the shower, for additional safety. The client was concerned about not having a towel bar, and we found a combination unit to satisfy both needs.

Client wanted their front porch railing repaired and painted.

Initially, the client wanted the entire railing replaced; however, we assured them that the railing just needed a little TLC. We replaced two top rails as they had deteriorated beyond repair. We then plumbed and reattached several loose balusters. That was followed up with a washing and two coats of paint. This process renewed the railing and was a significant cost savings compared to total replacement.

Client wanted their ceiling painted, two hanging light fixtures cleaned, and four recessed lights replaced.

We did some minor repairs to the ceiling and spot primed a few areas with troublesome stains, followed with a coat of premium ceiling paint. We removed both hanging light fixtures and cleaned them before rehanging them. Lastly, we removed the four recessed ceiling lights, and replaced them with retro LED lights.
