This is good news.

The City of Centerville, Ohio-Government just launched a new Residential Property Improvement Pilot Program that helps residents pay for exterior upgrades and repairs — with 50% reimbursement up to $5,000 for things like roofing, painting, windows, driveways, fences, and more. Priority goes to first-time buyers, income-qualified households, and folks 65+ 🛠️✨

Application is due March 9th!

Our customer had a budget, but also a desire for a remodel. We worked with them to mske it happen. Expanding to a large shower from a jet tub while adding a closet on the back side of the wall, made it perfect for them. They had custom glass installed and painted themselves.

1. Pour water into the sump pit to initiate the process.
