Please take a minute to close your crawlspace vents and if you haven't done so yet, take all hoses off outside faucets. In this bitter cold that's coming, it's hard to unthaw pipes and keep them from refreezing so try to do what you can to prevent it from happening.

We are moving!!! Dry river plumbing will be moving our shop to our personal home in ottobine as of monday the 29th. We are not changing our mailing address. It will remain P.O. box 175 in dayton. Please help me spread the word. We aren't going out of business just no longer maintaining an office/storefront. Thanks everyone.

The stomach bug has hit our office. I have limited phone coverage for the next few days. Please use our emergency line if you have an immediate plumbing need. Also, please feel free to leave a message on the office phone. Ill be in and out checking as I can between jobs. Thanks for understanding. Work vans don't generally do well with wet grass. Can't even get them out of the parking lot. Gonna close for the day and try again tomorrow.

With the extreme cold coming for an extended period of time, we want to remind everyone to shut crawlspace vents, basement windows, and if you haven't done so yet, remove outside hoses from spigots. Do what you can to prevent the cold from getting to your plumbing. Stay warm.
