Yesterday I finished building a custom window well cover in Springfield Delco. This one measures 56” x 26” so slightly bigger than the average size window well. The plan originally was to reuse the old covers sides but once i started taking it apart that’s when I saw the wood underneath the flashing and siding was completely rotted. So I built a whole new cover. Message me if you’re interested before it starts to snow! I have availability in November and December. 👍

I just got done installing these custom cabinets, that I built from scratch , like I always do, at a house in Wayne. These were the trickiest cabinets I’ve built yet…well more like the hardest installation yet. Mainly because of the insulation of the L shaped red oak countertop/desk top which is 9ft x 8 ft. It made fitting it in place really tricky. Some of the drawers have aluminum bars inside and will be used as file drawers. The baseboard and crown moulding I made custom. I want to give a big thanks to Austin V Antonelli for helping me deliver and install the cabinets. Oh and these cabinets are on the third floor too! My legs were pretty sore after that first day carrying the cabinets up all those stairs! The cabinets are painted a Benjamin Moore Essex green in gloss but I used Sherwin Williams urethane enamel in gloss. Message me if you’re interested! 👍

Today I added filler strips and crown moulding to two IKEA cabinets, making them look more built in. I did not cut the existing crown moulding so if the homeowners ever decide to remove the cabinets then they won’t need to mess with the crown moulding. These cabinets were already screwed to the wall. I had to take the doors off in order to make the process easier. The cabinets were racked a little bit , these IKEA cabinets don’t have a solid back so they don’t stay square. so even after adjusting the doors, they weren’t lining up even. So I had to move one door on each cabinet down a 1/4”. The homeowners are going to paint. Message me if this is something you’re interested in having done. 👍

I decided to make myself another dresser. I wasn’t happy with the stain color for the top of the first dresser I had made last month so I made new ones and used a different stain color. I also changed the handles. I think it looks much better!

Today I finished installing these custom built ins at a home in Havertown. The base cabinet on the left is actually a radiator cover. And for the first time in years I made inset doors. The panels of the doors are aluminum mesh. Inside the smaller base cabinet is an access panel so you can reach in and shut off the valve. And the face frames are each made out of one piece. The cut outs turned into the doors. Last picture is the AI rendering I worked off of to match. Message me if you’re interested! 👍

Another window well cover! This one is at a house in Havertown. The concrete well wall was sloped so I had to figure out how I can build the cover to sit level all while having to scribe to the stone foundation. Message me if you’re interested!

Yesterday I finished adding shelves in two closets at a house in Narberth. I then painted them. The two long shelves are 1” thick solid oak stair treads so they shouldn’t sag. Message me if you’re interested in having any custom cabinets made!
