Hi folks, I would like to clear up something that was recently brought to my attention via social media. We have not nor will we ever sign a contract and “disappear”. I have since contacted individuals who assumed the worst when I was not able to communicate with them, and resolved any fears of me “stealing their money”. It’s unfortunate for everyone, and I hate that anyone would think I would do this, but with todays world I understand, to an extent. I have had some health issues recently which I’ve since overcome, and am working hard to catch up and complete all work that I have out there with my customers. This has been a long and difficult road but I’m back on my feet for the most part. I will do the work as discussed, and whatever I can to accommodate the inconvenience that I caused while I was recovering. If I haven’t spoke with you yet, I am completing one job at a time, and scheduling the next as I move forward. I am taking Weeknds with my family now, as my previous work schedule was a major contributing factor to my health issues. I appreciate your patience, sincerely apologize for your inconvenience and any concerns that we’re brought about because of my lack of communication. I will always do the right thing in life, always.
Second, I am continuing on this adventure, just not working 7 days a week as I had for almost 2 years. Things are different but for the best. Mostly my work schedule. Which is more of a morning to Evening timeframe monday through Friday, weekends for emergencies only.

On another note, I have brought on a second employee. He has been in the building trades for 30 years, and has helped me get back on track with providing the level of customer service that you all deserve. His quality of work is the same as mine, and understands business and customer service. He has been a great asset for Wilson’s Home Service.

Thank you all, we appreciate your support. We hope anyone who saw the negative and unfounded posts stating we “stole” money(these have all been resolved and or scheduled to complete accordingly, etc..) is able to look past this, and allow us to take care of your household needs. Please reach out if yo need service/repair/remodel/or new construction of any sort, we are here when you need us. We have spent two years working hard to provide quality workmanship with integrity and will continue to do so. it has not been perfect, but we try, we are always improving, and whenever we fall
Short we go out of our way to make up for this.

Wether it be a combi, high efficiency wall hung or high efficiency cast iron, we are are happy to provide a professional estimate designed for your home, budget, and the level of comfort you desire. We offer financing on the spot, great rates/payments/fixed, sac, etc…

- just as important, we offer free second opinions. Our job as professional contractors should be to asses the home and customers needs, then provide them with options available to satisfy them, explain features/benefits and pros/cons, etc…. Then allow them to make a decision on what route they feel is best for them.
We never push you into anything, we charge a fair price, and perform a professional installation that you will be proud to have. We size the system based on a manual J load calculation completed on-site, and written/electronic estimates given on-site, usually same day, showing our license and Insurance documents. A new boiler installed, 2 days start to finish, from putting plywood up/painting, gas line to exterior, etc… a complete new construction job with the domestic well people electrical/ piping in pressure tank/filter too. Finishing touches this morning, but the heat is on for the Sheetrockers yo get rolling. ✌️😁🇺🇸. My pride and joy here, installing new construction boilers. This NTI has lifetime heat exchanger warranty, is wifi capable for me to monitor it remotely, which is a huge help, are made in Canada, and very competitive pricing. This is a combi model. I have sold 4 this last month alone of these, with more expected. Also, I carry a night service kit for these units with common parts to minimize downtime IN The future.

We prepared this summer for the heating season that is sneaking up on us now. We purchased some new equipment necessary to provide a complete diagnostic/system analysis of most all home heating units out there. One was a testo combustion anylizer for checking/dialing in oil and gas systems. This is set with a wireless printer to leave behind and attach a report to the service in voice for future reference. Then a Digital app based manomoter to check static pressures, pressure drops, positive/negative pressure home situations, and balance HRV/ERV units as they should be. Finding the time, well we will do our best. With that said, we have some great additions to our team, which will help us get to everyone in a timely Fashion. A staple up in floor radiant job in progress. The tools make this so much easier and the time savings is incredible. An uponor “pex coiler”, and an automatic stapler run off a compressor. Bought these way back when I did my first staple up job(entire home anyway), paid for themselves a few times now.
