Both properties were dealing with heavy Bermuda intrusion, worn-out mulch, and overgrown beds. We came in and:

Today we took down two massive cottonwood trees for a repeat client at Par Village — and the video below shows the moment we ground-checked the larger of the two.

Check out how we transformed this little house on the prairie!

For this project, we completely reimagined the front yard, starting with 80+ yards of topsoil to regrade and level the space for better drainage and a cleaner look.

Next, we installed underground gutter drains, built custom stone flowerbeds, and filled them with beautiful Rio Grande River rock for a modern, low-maintenance finish. To top it off, we laid down fresh Tahoma Bermuda sod for that lush, green curb appeal.
