Please join us in welcoming Jeremy Skaar to the team as our new Vice President of Operations!

Jeremy brings extensive leadership experience, most recently serving as Sr. Director of Operations – North America at BW Converting. In his role here, he’ll be focused on aligning operations across our divisions and driving improvements in systems and processes to support continued growth.

He is passionate about operational excellence and building strong, high-performing teams, and we are excited for the impact he will make as we continue to grow.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys golfing, spending time on the lake, watching sports, and being with his family, including his two kids and his dog Henry and Cecil (aka "the Meathead").

🌶️Spicing things up at our Annual Chili Cook-Off!🌶️

Last week, our team brought the heat with 8 delicious entries, plenty of friendly competition, and even better company. From classic recipes to bold spicy new flavors, it was a great time all around!

We ended up with a tie for 1st place. Congratulations to Tara and Ross for their winning chili! 🏆Tara and Ross also earned a spot on our Chili Cook-Off wall with their names engraved on the wooden spoon plaque.

Thanks to everyone who cooked, tasted, and helped make it such a fun event. Already looking forward to next year!🔥
