In 1972 Moser & Sons Heating & Plumbing started a gutter division of their company. In 1974 Moser & Sons sold the gutter part of their business to John W. Miner, who renamed it J W Miner Seamless Spouting. In May of 1977, Stan Worthman bought one-half interest in the business, and in October 1977 bought the remaining interest, renaming it Sure-Flo Seamless Spouting. In 1998 the business was incorporated as Sure-Flo Seamless Gutters, Inc. In January of 2021, Crossroads Investment Group, LLC, represented by two brothers Joshua and Jacob Hall, bought Sure-Flo Seamless Gutters moving the business to Decatur, Indiana retaining the services of Stan Worthman. In March of 2021 Crossroads Investment Group, LLC filed for a DBA as Sure-Flo Seamless Gutters. Our company has developed highly customer service oriented practices because we believe that focusing on this will achieve the best results for our clients; we want them to succeed through us.
