You'll Be Responsible For
 Leading remodeling projects from start to finish
 Reading and following construction drawings
 Installing cabinetry, countertops, trim, and finish carpentry
 Installing windows and doors
 Installing vanities, tubs, showers, and accessories
 Drywall hanging and finishing
 Light framing and remodeling as needed
 Basic plumbing reconnects including sinks, faucets, and drains
 Maintaining clean, organized, professional jobsites
 Providing outstanding customer service
We're Looking For Someone Who
 Takes pride in exceptional workmanship
 Produces quality without constant supervision
 Can lead a crew and solve problems
 Has excellent finish carpentry skills
 Communicates professionally with homeowners
 Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
 Works well with others while taking ownership of projects
Qualifications
 3+ years of finish carpentry or remodeling experience preferred
 Cabinet installation experience
 Drywall hanging and finishing skills
 Valid driver's license with clean driving record
 Pass criminal background check
 Own truck and professional tools preferred
