Some stone work steps to make the dock approach a bit easier walk down with some dirt and cobble to stop erosion down the upper walk.

Also some behind the scenes of what it’s like running a business. Not everything runs smoothly. Busted U bolts on the dump trailer, skid steer already on job site so we had to load and reload with excavator, then blew track on excavator.

Pulled back some curlx we had put down earlier in the year to help slow some erosion while house was being finished. Dirt and grade. Some DG to freshen the beds up and sod to top it off.

Love this time of year when sod is coming in green from the farm. Instant and pretty.

20 year old retaining wall was in rough shape. Full rip out and 80 ties later this house is good to go. Ended up running...
