We can host up to 7 tiny homes on our private family owned property.

Owner(s) of Tiny Homes on Wheels can park and anchor their home on a 10 foot by 30 foot concrete pad. There is space around each pad for decks and gardening, parking spots for two cars, and an added benefit of storm shelters on the property should you want to use them during severe weather.

Long term one year lease at $500 a month plus electric. Included in the lease are full hook-ups.
No water bills, no trash bills!
Grounds maintenance included.
Electric is metered and billed individually.
You will have access to walk the full 7 1/2 fenced acres of prairie land. We’re near the LBJ National Grasslands as well and several lakes and state parks nearby for hiking. My favorite for hiking is Ray Roberts Lake State Park Isle Du Bois, TX.

Tiny Lots on the Prairie is near the DFW metroplex for work, shopping, entertainment. We’ve lived here as a family for over 20 years and are proud of our little place on the prairie. Maybe you’d enjoy it too. We’re in the country off a bumpy gravel road, close to the small but growing town of Decatur, Tx.
