It might be May 1 and already spring in Texas, but cooler temps today can still make you want a fire. One of our favorite design details here is the perfect mix of two different stone finishes…one highlighting the fireplace and the other tying into the built-ins on the left and right. Add in the dedicated wood storage below, and it’s not just functional… it’s a statement piece.

Built-ins, cabinet upgrades, and those just right specialty k***s can elevate a space instantly without the price tag of filling it later with furniture. When you’re building, these small choices go a long way (and often cost less than you’d think 😉).

Piers are in and we’re getting ready to pour a little over 12,000 sq ft slab. Today is about triple checking the plans, slowing down, and making sure every detail is right. Blessed to be able to see this come to life.

Our clients asked for leather on the office walls, so we made it happen. Lots of people voted and the crocodile won. The final result is bold, timeless, and exactly what this space needed.
