Precision starts before the first bucket hits the ground.
This septic system has a very tight grade window — 24” minimum to 24” maximum, with nowhere else on the property to go if the system is dug incorrectly. 210’ of chamber and a 290’ interceptor drain with a bull run valve installed to swap the pump system between the existing drain field and the newly installed drain field.
Rather than guess and hope for the best, we shot the grade and flagged everything out before we started digging, including the interceptor drain.
When you’re working with a tight septic layout, there’s no room for “close enough.” Proper planning, accurate grade, and precision excavation make all the difference.
At Valleyscape Landworks, we take the time to get it right from the start.
