Tucked away where modern design meets the calm of the water, this cabin was built to slow things down and take it all in. Clean lines, natural textures, and wide-open views create a space that feels just as good as it looks.
From morning coffee on the deck to evenings by the water, every detail was designed with intention — simple, functional, and timeless.
This is what getting away is supposed to feel like.

We had an amazing turnout today at the FC Country Club for the Home Builders Association of Franklin County meeting! A huge thank you to Mayor Chris Guess and everyone who helped make this event possible. We’re excited for what’s ahead!
