Dear valued customers,
Due to the upcoming arrival of my daughter, staffing difficulties, and equipment repairs, I have made the difficult decision to close Ole Reliable Lawn Care LLC early for the remainder of this season. The ongoing drought and the approaching end of the mowing season also contributed to this decision.
I sincerely apologize to anyone whose property I was unable to service recently. I am currently working two full-time jobs—days and nights—to support my growing family, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
I want to personally thank each and every one of you who has supported my business. Your trust and loyalty mean more to me than I can express, and I sincerely hope to continue serving you next year.
During the off-season, I will be repairing and preparing all equipment so the company can return fully operational. I will also be improving the hiring process to ensure that future employees are experienced, dependable, and properly trained to care for both our equipment and your property.
Again, I am extremely sorry for any inconvenience this early closure may cause. Thank you for supporting Ole Reliable Lawn Care LLC and for understanding that I must put my family first during this important time.
