We’re looking to hire another full time employee. Would need the following.

-valid drivers license
-willing to work and learn new things

Things we do here.

- Spray foam insulation (Installing, masking, and clean up work.
- All kinds of dirt work
- snow removal in the winter months

Starting pay $18-$30hr pay would be based on worth ethic and knowledge of the machines we use.

If you’re planning on building any new projects we highly recommend using SPRAY FOAM insulation.

Pros of applying spray foam.

-Closed cell foam is substantially more efficient than fiberglass insulation.

- Applying just 1 inch of closed cell insulation you will gain a v***r barrier.

- Structurally strengthens your building.

Here is a great example of using closed cell foam in a vaulted area. The reason for this is its hard to keep cellulose in place, also it is difficult to apply the right amount of cellulose in tight vaulted areas.

Closed cell spray foam is very popular for new and existing homes, shops, basement, or under a concrete floor. With 2in you get a water barrier, so you don't have to worry about plastic.
