The Pulpit Rock trail is really a lovely hike and has been a great place to work. It had some really unsafe busted up stair cases. I rerouted one with a switch-back and a couple new steps. I patched together 2 of the stair cases (nothing pretty), but much more functional now. And the park employees with some regrading in places were able to do away with a couple busted up steps and narrow spots in the trail.

It has been a year of building columns. One with an eagle on top at the campground and then 9 more up at the historic B&B on Broadway. Approximately 500 hand-cut corners. Here are photos of each column, some showing the process and the mason.
