Below are pictures of a house that we had to completely gut the bathroom due to rotten floors and walls. Once we were able to remove all the damage we restructured the floors and walls as well as repaired any leaks that we found in the plumbing.

After getting everything structurally sound we then built a small closet,installed new sheet rock,shower insert,toilet,painted and Lvp flooring.

We also installed new flooring and painted throughout the remainder of the house.

It was a lot work but a fun project and we’re looking forward to another one.

We were called in for a soft spot in the floor. As you see we restructured the floor joist, replaced the sub flooring and put new linoleum. Another happy customer, now to move to the next job.
